We’re excited to showcase some of the finest Northern California farms, along with a diverse array of pre-packaged and prepared food vendors, local brewers and winemakers, arts and crafts, downtown businesses, city and county partners, and community non-profits.

All vendors are required to register and manage their participation through Eventeny , where you can easily handle registration, payments, and communication.
Vendor Requirements
All Vendors need:
- Copy of Seller’s Permit
- City of Vacaville Business License
Farmers need:
- Copy of Certified Producers’ Certificate
- Certificate of Liability Insurance Naming Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District and City of Vacaville as Additional Insured $1M per occurrence & $2M aggregate
- Copy of Organic Certificate (if applicable)
Food Vendors, Brewers, and Wine makers need:
- Copy of Solano County Food Permit
- Certificate of Liability Insurance Naming Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District and City of Vacaville as Additional Insured $1M per occurrence & $2M aggregate.
- Copy of Fire Code Permit Application (vendors cooking onsite)

Farmer's Market Membership Information
We are excited to introduce a new seasonal schedule for our year-round market, now divided into four quarters: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. This update gives vendors the flexibility to participate in specific seasons that suit your schedules.
We’ve revamped our membership options to include:
- Annual Membership (commit to all four quarters)
- Seasonal Quarterly Membership (commit to a seasonal timeframe)
- Non-Member Participation (flexible, week-to-week availability)
Members are expected to commit to their selected timeframes, ensuring a reliable and consistent vendor presence throughout the year. Don’t miss this opportunity to secure your spot and maximize your experience at the Downtown Vacaville Farmers Market!
Quarter Dates
- Spring: March 1 – May 31
- Summer: June 1 – August 31

Non-Membership Information
- No Guaranteed Spot: First-come, first-served.

* Please note, the market will operate Rain or Shine.
** Limited absences allowed with Market Manager approval, no more than 2 days per quarter or will be subject to lose their membership status.
*** All vendors, whether members or non-members, are responsible for weekly market fees and any additional add-on fees (electricity).
