The Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District (BID) is following the Main Street America approach to downtown revitalization. Β Downtown Vacaville enriches our community by supporting the vibrant economic activity of over 450 businesses across various industries and hosting community-centric local events. We are dedicated to preserving our rich history while driving economic growth and revitalization to ensure a balanced focus on preservation-based development and modern enhancements.
Through our dedicated efforts, the Downtown Vacaville BID ensures a vibrant, resilient, and inclusive downtown that reflects both our storied past and our ambitious future

Built in 1897, by Sydney Clay Walker, the Vacaville Opera House has stood tall in the heart of downtown for well over a century. Originally home to live operas and stage shows, the building has since served many roles in our communityβfrom a movie house to a meeting hallβand today continues to be a vibrant part of our townβs story.
In the 1990s, the Addiego family of Vacaville purchased the Opera House and have kept this piece of local history alive and thriving ever since.
Now a beautifully restored event space, the Vacaville Opera House hosts weddings, concerts, celebrations, corporate events, community gatherings, and more, complete with classic architecture, hardwood floors, chandeliers, and unforgettable atmosphere!

Fitness Explosion Elite Training brought our community together this morning at their 1 Love for Change 5K Toy Drive! π§Έπ
Everyone who came enjoyed a 5K run, 3K walk, fitness workout demo, music, entertainment, refreshments, and even cryotherapy – All while collecting toys for children in need β₯οΈ Huge thanks to Coach Mugz and his incredible team for uniting the community and inspiring change. This powerful event was in collaboration with Black Men Run Bay Area.
