The Kelly Company has been proudly serving Solano County since 1977. Founded by Jack and Diane Kelly in Leisure Town, our very first office was located inside the Leisure Town Home Association rotunda building at 100 Sequoia Drive. After many wonderful years there, we moved across the street to 183 Leisure Way in The Heritage Center. In 2022, we found our forever home in the heart of Vacaville’s charming downtown at 430 Cernon Street.

Today, The Kelly Company is locally owned by Eva Lucas, Cory Schell, and Cathy Schell, carrying forward the tradition of trusted, family-style service that began more than four decades ago. Our talented team now includes Raylynn Swift and Maria Alemany, who bring fresh energy and expertise to our growing company.

While we no longer operate under our former name, Leisure Town Properties, our commitment to the community remains stronger than ever.
