Ponderosa Tattoo, established in 2019 by owner Justin Horan, reflects his extensive 18-year experience in the tattooing industry across California and Nevada. Throughout his career, Horan honed his skills in various tattooing techniques, learning from industry leaders in traditional, Japanese, black, and fine line styles.  Ponderosa Tattoo was founded with the explicit aim of maintaining a high standard of tattooing and preserving the rich tradition of tattooing.
