Live Oak Landscaping was founded in 1978 by John Gilpin and James Clabaugh after they graduated from Cal Poly with a bachelor of science in horticulture. We are a local family-owned landscape contractor headquartered in Downtown Vacaville, and have been providing top-quality landscaping services in Northern California for over 45 years. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to ensuring your outdoor spaces look their best.
