Hi, I am Stephanie Moreno, the owner of Bloom. I, as well as the other stylists and our esthetician, have a passion for creating a welcoming, positive experience for every client of Bloom Beauty. As true professionals that are ready to help you achieve your beauty goals, we pride ourselves on our quality work and great customer service. As a team, we continue our education of techniques & products in an ongoing manner. Our Stylist range from several years to Seventeen years in the industry and also have an array of specialties from expert colorists to formal styling, extensions, and men’s cuts.
