Description
Crossroads is proud to foster community integration for adults with intellectual disabilities in the Solano County area of California. We operate two 6-bed Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/DD-H), located in Dixon, and an Adult Day Center in Vacaville, called Co-Op.
Our team is comprised of professional staff and consultants, a management team with over 25 years combined experience, and a dedicated crew of direct care staff, coordinators, instructors and drivers. Together, we strive to ensure that residents and participants receive only the highest quality personalized services.
