The Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District (DVBID) is fired up and hot to host the 6th Annual Downtown Vacaville Rib & Chili Challenge Cook Off.  Contestants will begin preparing their special recipes early that morning and judging will take place throughout the afternoon. The entrants will be judged on their chili (all styles welcomed) and ribs (pork).  More Information regarding music line up and cook off information will be available as the event nears.  For more information please call the office at 707-451-2100.
