Hosting a variety of community-centric events, we bring people together to celebrate the spirit of Vacaville. These events not only enhance the local cultural scene but also drive foot traffic and engagement within our downtown area.
Balancing the preservation of our rich history with the need for modern enhancements, our BID works to maintain the historic charm of Downtown Vacaville while implementing thoughtful improvements that drive progress and revitalization.
The Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District (BID) is following the Main Street America approach to downtown revitalization. Downtown Vacaville enriches our community by supporting the vibrant economic activity of over 450 businesses across various industries and hosting community-centric local events. We are dedicated to preserving our rich history while driving economic growth and revitalization to ensure a balanced focus on preservation-based development and modern enhancements.
Through our dedicated efforts, the Downtown Vacaville BID ensures a vibrant, resilient, and inclusive downtown that reflects both our storied past and our ambitious future.
We want to let our community know that this Saturday, May 31st, Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from Parker Street to Davis Street for the May on Main event, hosted by Holden Events (event will be from 10 AM to 3 PM). Most closures require hours prior for set up and at least an hour after the event for load out, so please plan accordingly!
We have attached a map of nearby parking lots to help with your trip Downtown!
Don`t forget, our weekly Farmers Market will be happening from 9am-1pm in Andrews Park!
